Porém, o presidente Zelenskyy e o seu Namely advisor Dmitry LytvynRy said on the day that the same limit was still visible and that speed had not been restored to 400 km/h. Some frontline commanders reported that the service was working more stably or at higher speeds, although this had not been officially confirmed.
