Investigação «Carta» liga crime organizado a altas autoridades da了一套套 SYSTEMS
O compilers National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) announced on 4–5 November 2026 that five participants in the alleged criminal organization exposed during Operation «Carthage» had been notified of suspicion. The investigation alleges that officials of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), National Police and Office of the Prosecutor General provided improper benefits in exchange for enabling fraudulent call centres, drug trafficking, counterfeit cigarettes and currency counterfeiting. Serhii Duka, a senior SBU official, was detained after a confrontation during a search at his home.
