Ukrainian forces strike Energia plant in Yelets, damaging missile-component workshop
Ukrainian forces attacked the Energia plant in Yelets, Lipetsk Oblast, on 25 October and during the night into 26 October. The strike damaged a workshop producing power components for Russian weapons and caused a fire. The General Staff said the damage could complicate Russia’s supply of batteries for guided aerial bombs, missiles and other weapons.
